Buck Francis is a husband, father, CPA, real estate advisor, and co-founder of the Fifth Point Real Estate Team in Oklahoma City. With a background in executive leadership, accounting, finance, and investment strategy, Buck brings a unique analytical perspective to real estate that goes far beyond simply buying and selling homes.

As a CPA, Buck has served as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded company, and in both audit and tax roles in public accounting for clients in a broad range of industries.  As an Assurance Manager with HoganTaylor LLP, he served clients in various for-profit industries with a primary emphasis in the energy sector and not-for-profit entities that include organizations operating at a local level and those with global reach. Prior to becoming a CPA, Buck spent more than 10 years in multi-unit operations management in the retail sector, gaining valuable skills in leadership and management development, as well as operational and financial analysis.

Buck has spent years helping lead high-level financial decisions involving investments, operations, budgeting, negotiations, and long-term planning. That experience naturally shapes the way he serves real estate clients today — strategically, thoughtfully, and with a focus on helping families make wise long-term decisions rather than emotional short-term ones.

But what truly sets Buck apart is not just his professional background. It is his perspective.

Through personal challenges, faith, recovery, and rebuilding, Buck developed a deeper understanding of what truly matters in life: faith, family, integrity, health, stewardship, and intentional living. Those experiences shaped both his leadership style and the way he approaches client relationships. He believes real estate is ultimately about people, trust, and helping families move confidently into the next chapter of their lives.

Buck also created the F5 framework centered around five priorities: Faith, Fitness, Family, Finances, and Facilitation. Those domains continue to guide both his life and business and are foundational to the culture of the Fifth Point Team.

Clients often describe Buck as organized, analytical, direct, trustworthy, and highly intentional. He is naturally wired to solve problems, communicate clearly, and help people feel informed and prepared throughout the real estate process. Rather than high-pressure sales tactics, Buck focuses on honest guidance, strong negotiation, detailed preparation, and helping clients make decisions with clarity and confidence.

Outside of real estate, Buck enjoys spending time with his wife Janet and their large, blended family, ministry, writing, pursuing personal growth, and encouraging others in leadership, recovery, and intentional living.

At the core of everything in real estate is a simple belief:
A home is more than a transaction. It is where life happens, families grow, and futures are built.

Buck considers it a privilege to help clients navigate those important moments with wisdom, care, and integrity.
