Janet Francis is a wife, mother, homeschool mom, relationship-builder, and co-founder of the Fifth Point Real Estate Team in Oklahoma City. Known for her warmth, honesty, resilience, and ability to manage countless responsibilities with grace, Janet brings a deeply relational and people-centered approach to real estate.

For years, Janet’s primary focus was building and caring for her family. Along the way, she naturally became someone others leaned on — as a friend, encourager, organizer, caretaker, and leader. Friends and family often jokingly refer to her as “Wonder Woman” because of her remarkable ability to balance the demands of motherhood, homeschooling, marriage, leadership, and family life while still showing up fully for the people around her.

She loves fiercely, values honesty and directness, and has a natural gift for helping others feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for. Those strengths make her an invaluable part of the Fifth Point Team, where she primarily serves as a showing partner and relationship builder.

Clients consistently appreciate Janet’s ability to create connections quickly and make the buying or selling process feel less overwhelming and more personal. Whether she is walking clients through homes, helping families navigate major life transitions, or simply listening well during stressful moments, her goal is always the same: to help people feel seen, supported, and confident throughout the process.

Much of Janet’s compassion and perspective was shaped through both difficult childhood experiences and a powerful recovery journey that transformed her faith, marriage, and understanding of grace. Those experiences taught her resilience, empathy, and the importance of approaching people with compassion rather than judgment.

Today, Janet and her husband Buck lead their family and business with intentionality, faith, and a strong commitment to relationships. Together, they have built a large, blended family centered around connection, growth, grace, and service to others.

Outside of real estate, Janet enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting her children (and hopefully someday, grandchildren), hosting gatherings, reading, encouraging others in recovery and personal growth, and managing the joyful chaos that comes with a large family.

Janet believes real estate should never feel transactional or impersonal. She wants every client to feel valued, cared for, understood, and confident that they have someone genuinely advocating for them every step of the way.
