OKC Market Snapshot: October 2025

Right now, the Oklahoma City market is holding steady and balanced — a refreshing place to be! Here’s what we’re seeing:

• 🏡 Balanced Market: Neither buyers nor sellers have a major advantage.

• 📈 Home Prices: Modest growth with increasing supply.

• 💰 Mortgage Rates: Around 6% for a 30-year fixed and just under 6% for a 15-year.

• ⏱ Days on Market: Most homes are selling in 30 days or less when priced competitively and move-in ready.

Buyers are enjoying a little more leverage as inventory grows, while sellers who focus on presentation and pricing are still closing quickly.

Outside of real estate, fall is one of our favorite seasons! Janet’s been baking up a storm for the neighborhood fall festival, we’re busy preparing for our daughter’s wedding (got my suit — check!), and the kids are turning our yard into a mini pumpkin wonderland.
